Great progress, Joe

Thanks Mitsutaka

Good that you found this kit and with 10 years experience under your belt I'm sure you'll do a good job. Nice scheme you've chosen. Some neat improvements and good progress. Filling and sanding seems to be tasks now.
Cheers Jim. Yes, filling and sanding ahead...

I painted the nose and air to air refuelling probe in "Cowling Black", using the remaining paint to create the base for the main colours.

The nose pitot probe looks a bit wonky in the photo, I might have to check that; it is possible I may need to swap it out for a metal substitute if I've damaged it 🧐

Thanks Geoff, a little old-school modelling

Sorry Joe, I’ve just seen this one, cracking work so far.
No worries Ian Thanks mate

Nice pre shading AB work Joe. Sleek looking aircraft
Cheers Steve. Useful practice for mottling

Thanks Chris. I re-checked it today and it isn't bent, just an illusion in the photo

Looks really good!

Thank you Mitsutaka, hopefully the paint job will work out

Looks very tidy Joe. Desert colours always get my vote.
Thanks Colin. Yeah, greys are boring
