Being somewhat frivolous in nature I thought I would have a go at sculpting a Jap Anime type figure. A bit rough but at least I learned a lot about working with Sculpy.

Not just you Dave.......though I really love Studio Gibli stuff. Strangely enough, most of the stories revolve around very strong female characters?
Looking great John. It’s got the kawaii look spot on......

Thanks guys for indulging another of my off the regular trail builds. Dave she's about 140mm. I will eventually get around to painting her on this thread.

So I got around to painting my little anime project. Very different from normal painting since there is no toning and all the colours are just flat. Still it was a fun project and more lessons learnt.
