Well Karl it's done and doesn't look half bad. It's a shame about the varnish problems but as you say every day is a school day. In a strange way if everything went perfectly the hobby would be rather boring - but maybe in a nice way :tongue-out3:

Varnish. Yes, I've had some fun in the past. These days I'm using Alclad and it's working just fine for me. But anyway, the Spitfire looks great. nice job.

If I could of lifted Alclad of the shelf I would of, Tamiya was the best option available.
