Sorry to be a killjoy Bob but you could get a gallon of standard / cellulose thinner for the price of those cans that would probably last years.

Very quick service from Eduard, less than 4 days from the Czech Republic
Through 'normal' post - Eduard used Dutch Post, then Royal Mail completed the journey ( don't ask me how it got from Czech Republic to NL )Very quick Dave - was that through normal post or courier?
Paul.

Thats what I use for liquid cement andy , and cleaning the airbrush occasionally too , i got mine from motor world at Intake , about £12 for 5 litres last time I got one .First one that came up. You can get brandless stuff but Tetrosyl is a name I know.
You used to be able to get it in Halfords too, but I think they only have small, overpriced bottles now.
Sorry for taking the thread off track!
Lovely , please say you're going to do one of them in the Special ops green grey with black underneath scheme dave ? That is of course if you can get the decalsPostie delivered these today - two plain white boxes from Eduard
Both contain the same thing - Eduard Overtrees. For those of you not familiar with overtrees, they are just the plastic sprues for a model, no PE, no decals, no instructions.
I've been after a 1/48 Lysander for a while, retail boxings are going for £25+, and becoming hard to find so, when I got the chance, I bought two sets!
The sprues are originally by Gavia ( 2001 ), and have been used by Eduard for quite a few years. Eduard seem to have discontinued the retail boxes ( at the moment ). Since these were originally by Gavia, I have sourced two sets of PART PE made for this boxing at roughly half the price of the Eduard frets. Now all I need is some decals! ( Instructions downloaded from the Eduard website ) .

Interesting, and a whole lot cheaper than TET! Guess what I'll be testing out later :smiling5:Thats what I use for liquid cement andy
Since I have two, I think the special ops version will be a certainty _ I seem to think they had dull red squadron letters, but very little other markings, so my extensive decal files may already have them ( OK, it's a shoe box! )Lovely , please say you're going to do one of them in the Special ops green grey with black underneath scheme dave ? The one im thinking of dave had white code letters , toned down roundels sinilar to CBI theatre ones and i think a spider in the centre of the roundelSince I have two, I think the special ops version will be a certainty _ I seem to think they had dull red squadron letters, but very little other markings, so my extensive decal files may already have them ( OK, it's a shoe box! )

I was torn between a second Lysander or a Tempest V, but the Lysander won out ( the p & p is quite high, so ordering a single model isn't logical! ). You have to be quick with the overtrees , as they come & go quickly.....................Great idea Dave, might get me some too.
Have the recent limited just arrived from eastern Germany and a good way to use the extra decals :thumb2:

Thanks and true, read your mind and just ordered a couple too with some of the etch for them:thumb2:I was torn between a second Lysander or a Tempest V, but the Lysander won out ( the p & p is quite high, so ordering a single model isn't logical! ).
