Not sure Alan, will have to think about it. Looks good, with the tender and Austin ambulance it should be a great dio.\ said:Great stuff Si are you doing two separate dios or one big one? This is what I picked up this morning for a spitfire dio View attachment 77067View attachment 77068Looks pretty straight forward it says it's 1/76 scale but the figures look more like 1/72
I just need an RAF fire engine and an ambulance now and I'm set to go![]()
What about this one Al? http://www.fantastic-plastic.com/FockeWulfFW860Catalog.htm\ said:Not yet Ian. There is still the Fw190 A5 Priller, Fw190 D9 Rudel, Fw190 D9 Barkenhorn etc etc etc lol![]()
Hope to see you starting those fantastic models soon, Si\ said:Finally got my two IMAI Japanese submarines: 'Maracott' and 'Flipper'. These are 1990 issues and are rather rare. There is a third in the set that is very rare...cannot get hold of that oneA original 1967 issue of 'Flipper' sells for around £70!These are powered subs and have a rubber band prop, although these will not be going in the bath...
Some pictures of them.

Nice looking kit Al, should make up into a super plane and on a sit alone or dio board will look tops.\ said:My better half got me this for valentines dayView attachment 77185View attachment 77186Not a very detailed kit but the only one I could get and it will fit in nicely with my British Cold War jets collection
Kit also comes with a tanker and engineering crew so a little dio will be on the cards for this ,
Thanks mate unfortunatly this is a lindburg kit so is about as detailed as a paper aeroplane lol, it has raised panel lines , no breaker between the intakes , figures have more flash than david beckham and the tanker looks like a poundland special lol , but i will present it well and do a bit of scratching to improve it\ said:Nice looking kit Al, should make up into a super plane and on a sit alone or dio board will look tops.Si![]()
Im not too happy trying to score the panel lines and tbh they are not that big so i was thinking of just adding a little wash not very dark and dry brushing them ever so slightly so you can faintly see a bit of detail or ill just dry brush without the wash\ said:Can you score the panel lines or is that beyond this kit? I am sure you will get it looking superb, one way or the other-if you can get that pig of a build you made looking great then this should be a piece of cake.Si![]()
I shall probly do as box art.\ said:Doing them as Australian Airlines Peter?. Ian M
Never heard of or seen one of these before, look forward to seeing it built eventually.\ said:Got this recently on eBay, I've been on the lookout for one at a reasonable price for a while.
