She looks like a "Stern - I take no nonsense from ayone" type woman ....... I plan to have her confronting the Russians at the roadblock.

Postman just delivered this 1/200th USS Arizona. It is a big kit, not as big as the USS Missouri or HMS hood at this scale, but I can just about fit it on my work bench.

That is a 30cm (12") ruler, to give the scale. The dimensions are 94 cm long, 17cm beam. It was on special offer from an Amazon shop, and as I had an amazon voucher, I couldn't resist. Not too sure when I will be starting as I have to finish the Bismarck, and 2 other ships first.

Just bought the 1:32 Trumpeter Me 262A-1a with the Eduard Me 262A-1a Schwalbe interior 32 550. To go with this package is the Osprey Modelling Masterclass Modelling Luftwaffe Jets and Wonder Weapons, which has a full build of this kit in it, plus lots of useful reference of pics and builds. Additionally, I also bought the Hobbycraft 1:48 Bf 109G-10 with an aires full Cockpit resin and PE set, due to the cockpit being something Hobbycraft 109s don't excel at

Ryan, I find 1/350 small enough, but 1/700 that is small. What are the dimensions of the model?
