Not really New Acquisitions but a few since Christmas. Where do I begin ...... deep breath:

Tamiya

Pink Panther 1:35

Revell

Tornado 1:144

Tornado 1:72

Huey Hog 1:48

Foker Biplane 1:72

Spad Biplane 1:72

Italeri

Bae Hawk T1 w/ Photo-Etched Parts 1:48

Roman Gladiators with Quadrigga (Chariot) 1:32

Valentine Tank Mk3 (I think) 1:72

Airfix

Bristol Biplane 1:72

Eduard

Sopwith Camel F1 1:48

Master Box

Union Soldier with Indian Scout 1:35

Lindberg

Captain Kidd's Pirate Ship 1/130

Seil

Raider Girl (officially Pistol Girl) White Metal 1:32/75mm

And the 2 Airbrushes and Compressor I've mentioned in the Airbrush & Compressor Thread.

Eventually I will get to start doing these and the other 50 or so - I've worked out if I was to do one a week, I'd still be doing them this time next year - That's if the Mayans get their "end of the world" thing wrong.

I also got three solid plastic figures: Knight on Horseback (Chirilea), Horseguard (again on Horseback) and a werewolf (not on Horseback) both Charbens. They are all around the 1:32 mark. Got them for practising painting.

Seen this come up on evilbay and couldn't resist it. Well i do love my FW190 aircraft lol

1/48 Tamiya FW190 F8 with PE cockpit for £12

Does your wife know she has bought those

Well i splashed the cash today. I had a choice between getting the Cyber-Hobby Bf109E or some resin for my 1/32 Tornado. The Tornado won. So i've just bought...

Aires 1/32 Tornado GR1 Cockpit

Aires 1/32 Tornado Exhaust Nozzles (even though they are wrong for a standing aircraft)

Eduard 1/32 Tornado paint mask

So totally skint now lol

I went shopping with my daughter the other day and decided to pop into Modelzone while she went clothes shopping. I knew I shouldnt have. I only went in for a look but left with a 1/24th Airfix Hurricane. It was reduced to £35 from £54.99. Its at the back of the queue in the build rota but I'm looking forward to it. The painting guide is a bit sparse though.

Same good service as ever.

Ordered a few spits from John, He got them Thursday last week, I paid Friday night, He posted them Saturday morning.

Post man tried delivering them Wednesday while I was at work!!! I first got the chance to pick them up today from the post office...

From the heart of England to Darkest Denmark in five days.

View attachment 40664 View attachment 40665 Yes there are two of each.

One of them will be JE J that we all know and the other mkIX will be a 74squadron, as will one of the XVI's The other one might end up as the replica of the air race spitfire (I have the decals so I might as well use them.....;-)

Got a few more to add to the already ever growing stash, but some of them were just to good a bargain buy not to, the majority were bought of evil bay and various forums, ive told the wife thats it for now but that includes the ones i have already ordered from China.

So for now thats my lot, well for now anyway :shhhh:

Lots of nice goodies, to keep me busy.

Tom
