Lee Drennen’s 1/32 Peterbilt 352 Double bunk

Lee, she looks fresh off the showroom floor! A friend of mine used to make the run from San Francisco to L.A. in one of these. It had the torsion bar suspension system and air ride seats, rode like a dream even with a 40 footer and a load of mayonnaise.

HI Lee oh she looks lovely it is just a static model isn't it ? an did you do a build thread as I would like to have seen that as these trucks always remind me of the film convoy an cw macals song convoy which I play fairly regalary I built a static one many moons ago an had a bit of a job of gluein parts that were chrome as this was before the age of super glue ps are you gonna build an fit on a trailer or fridge van as when I was younger I worked as a welder for crane Fruehauf an helped built the big 40ft flatbeds trailers an fridgevans an boy what a time

Thank you so much Guys. It was a beautiful morning yesterday so I thought I would take advantage of it. Yes it is a static model in a way I added some extras like Twin gear shifts and some chrome hub caps to the back. I painted and gave the interior a wash for a leather look and made the decals for it. Yes it will have a Reefer trailer a 1/32 AMT trailmobile. Here’s some build shots and thank you all for the complements2F32446A-E76D-4D87-ABBB-E6A583E22ECA.jpeg5C5E756B-7147-418A-9A8E-5C899F523529.jpegFCEEF2A6-E8C2-4433-8B7D-4D784E3712FD.jpegDDF43C99-FB33-4CB6-BA17-CD849AAC96D2.jpeg4488164B-7946-46BA-A16A-822C661C403D.jpeg
