John it’s a old barge wagon I used for years putting up hay and when the hay season was ove my wife had me put it in the front yard and she would decorate it

Bet that looked great decorated Lee. Now that is snow you had this year.

Thread owner
Yes John that’s the snow we had we wound up with around 23 or 24 inches this year also I’ll look for some more pictures of it decorated in the autumn time

That looks really cold Lee , love the snow on the branches and on that hay rake very Christmas card like.

Don't suppose there is a better egg than those, gathered as soon as they are laid. Bring on the bacon:smiling: .

Not long until those cucumbers start to fill out either Lee. plenty of water no doubt.

Hi Lee
Very beautiful. Snow is beautiful so often. We kept hens in Scotland and there was nothing better than fresh laid eggs.

John. You are right my friend no medicated chickens here

Jim. Nothing like those farm fresh eggs. Thanks for the complement

Nowt beats a fresh laid egg. The couple next door keep us supplied. As do the couple across the road! At the last count we had about 30 egg in the fridge. (good thing we like eggs!)

Love the snow photos. I always say that snow is a great gardener lol. A fresh snow fall and every ones garden looks great.
I would love to see that wagon in the spring/summer.

Thread owner
thanks Ian
just had some this morning you just can't top a farm egg

Well if it isn’t 100 degrees we have lost of rain and it’s not good this year on my garden. I am getting some tomatoes and a few cucumbers. I have to beat the squirrels to my tomatoes they pick them off take a few bites and leave it in the yard and the rabbits are eating the flowers off my squash just not a good year for me and my garden but the Chickens are laying very well.

Which will it be, more fencing material or will you introduce " Old Mary " to the crew?
Never a dull moment living that close to nature. You should see how the bears prune my
pear tree every year! Rick H.
