Took these the other day while at the Little Barn. You can see where I’ve been throwing the scratch out all winter there’s Winter Wheat growing there I’ve been picking that and feeding it about every other day. 0AD9E02D-4EF8-47DA-885B-7F13D4A4150C.jpeg9A8F5832-2522-450A-A16A-29FE6BE213A5.jpegDB8C6443-CFB6-4EC0-8B1E-1A23E81CA353.jpeg6148600F-0170-4846-A206-F4856D259CC0.png11D080B5-5A0F-45ED-B3BA-03863B0A9A84.jpeg

More chicks hatched last weekend and that’s it no more hatching till next February. Thanks for the complements and likes during my hatching season this was the best hatching I’ve had in my 27 years of raising Chickens. Total 26 chicks I gave 5 to a lady at the Feedstore that leaves me with 21 I’ll still give updates on there growth and progress. Wow, that's a good sized flock . Our youngest daughter had chickens at one point , but lost a good number to a fox one night , eventually giving up keeping them .
Could have done with Rick !

Sorry 453, I'd like to have a crack at it and shell out on some paint, but I'll have to chicken out!:tongue-out2:
570 , there is no answer I can give to that on here , but remember when some one hit their finger with a hammer , well that's is it !
Yours 453 having tea and toast in bed !

Excuse us Lee.

Yesterday I got my old Chicken Coop ready for my Delaware Chicks to move from the Barn to their new home. They enjoy it very well the Black/Gray one I think is a Sapphire Gem Rooster I put him with them because he’s a Hybrid too in case when they start laying I can have a cross breed of chicks if I decide to incubate the Eggs. 062AB697-6250-4024-AF01-6E7399BFD7FB.jpeg42F6FB43-389A-4B41-9F59-223877096D31.jpegAD050EF2-B449-4499-9F90-DCB744C67C99.jpeg741BAFD6-2D5C-485F-9478-1920E3C84829.jpegC8BBE3C4-6BC3-4BEC-9381-0F50493F9260.jpeg

He's a fine looking male Lee , just been reading about his breed. He has everything going for him. How old is he ?
