Hello guys,

Well I wish to share with you few photos what I found on the net here from Libya.

I found myself in that rivals militia, tribes, Islamist and no Islamist and army fight over city Benghazi, Tripoli international airport and some other cities.

Situation is chaotic and I'm stuck here, but for now fortunately in the desert, but very close to Egypt border where some Islamist attacking also Egyptian military.

We hear some flight started from Tripoli to town Jalo (near my rig) and hopefully soon me and my crew will be evacuated from here and go home to Croatia.

Hope you get safely back home soon Roman. Thanks for the pictures, we don't see this ongoing fighting on our news. Everyone is focussed on Gaza and MH17. Seeing that Bombardier 900NG like that makes me sad! Stay safe mate.

That first photo looks like a CRJ900. The company I work for builds the landing gear for these jets and I am responsible for the field support for them. So Roman, you can chalk up another safe landing down to our quality product!

Well, somebody ask what I'm doing here? Drilling for oil I'm HSE Advisor for onshore drilling ops and we working for E.N.I. (Italian company)

Thx god I'm in the desert, so far "under cover" but near Benghazi city where is in progress operation of cleaning area of Islamist by some army group lead by retired General.

Here is really confusing time.

First photo is CRJ900NG, wonderful plane. I like to fly with it. I wish I can be in pilot seat

And also making me sad when I see this.

I saw also damaged A330 and A319 or A320 (not shure, but I think is A320). News said that 90% of airplanes on airport are destroyed or damaged somehow.
