Interesting build. We don't see that many civilian aircraft built. Shame as they make really nice, colourful models.
You're off to a good start. Seems very sensible to use decals for the windows. Too small and too many

Thanks, I am still learning myself, I started building at 10 years old and am now 73 years old. Been there done that many times over and I am amazed at all I am still learning.

HI Thunderstick looks like we are a match then at same age an yes i was modeling at that age as well as my last airliner was a VC 10 an it lit up by a bulb an it had long glass tubes fitted in it for nav lights in the wings an lights inside the cokpit an in the cabin an i think thats how i got hooked on lighting my models up as made big R/C warship all lit up as well so you sir keep building

WELL Jim my fav airliner is still the boeing 707 done in pan -amarican airlines an if i get the chance after ive done my stash then i may buy one in 1/72 scale an build it an light it up but will be awhile yet
