I want to do a collection of 1:48 US Navy fighters from WW2. Just at the idea stage at the moment. I have to reduce my stash first and it would help if I didnt keep buying more kits!

I'm expecting this to be in 1/72 scale St. Ian ..... it'd be 12 ft long but think of all the figures you could sit and paint, after all we've established you have the patience\ said:I've been working with wood to build a model of HMS Hood
That reminded me. I am doing 74sq the Tiger Squadron. Most of the kits are easy to find in 1/48, a couple of them are proving to be harder to find.\ said:I'm with you there Keith! I want to do the aircraft of 41 Squadron (my old squadron) from 1916 to 2006, but I keep buying other stuff! Now, if anyone has a Dynavector 1/48 Javelin that they want to get rid of....
Thats the route I was thinking! Still researching who what where and when so I can be accurate(as possible anyway)\ said:Trey that's a great idea. Surely it's got to be a Schrage Musik armed nightfighter (I like the Bf110) so that you can put it more or less under the bomber saving spaceCheers
