As I am getting close to completing a build which will be shown in the completed thread. I have turned to the M-42 which research will show that the vehicle started life on a converted M-41 chassis and for air defence. But with the onset of ground to air missiles it nearly had an early retirement. And so we progress to the Vietnam War and the M-42 was sent to protect ground forces against air incursions, but actually found a new life as convoy or camp defence. And the rest is history.

And so starting with the AFV Club kit and workable track set, I also include the Voyager and Eduard etched brass sets. Then to add extra ammunition both the AFV Club brass 40mm and plastic 40mm ammunition and ammunition boxes.

Apart from you tube historic videos taken during the Vietnam War I also have these two reference books..

I was actually looking at one of these in a model shop last Saturday, but didn't buy it in the end, only cos my model stash is already too bloody big, Lol!
