Here is my next build. I’m sorry it’s a couple of months or so since I posted anything but we’ve had what we call a very warm start of the summer in the fact that it’s been in the 30s and 30+ in Britain as we were underneath the heat dome apparently this is now moved over to Europe so the temperature has gone down to more comfortable manageable figures so I’m starting my next build which as you can see is a Chinese light tank with caged armour assist to protect it from drones and things like that
So first off we would normally show you the artwork from the box but in this case there isn’t any all there is is a maroon coloured box with gold writing on it so I don’t know what happened to the artist or whether they didn’t bother with it anyway, next are some sprue shots
So points of interest on this kit are the inclusion of 3-D printed parts for the cage that goes on top of the turret along with very fine meshed photo etch and digital camouflage decals
As you can see there’s not much to this. I think the most parts are probably the tracks you got about 200 pieces to link together to make up two sets of tracks. Also the sprues are very sparce so construction wise it should be fairly easy if I’m gonna have problems. It will be with the tracks again cause I always have problems with tracks anyway until tomorrow when I will begin construction. I’ll see you then.

Looks interesting Colin. The box translation says it is a limited edition, so the red box is probably an attempt at making the kit look fancy (similar to Eduard's Royal Class Boxings). The colours also correspond to those used by the Government of China.

Good luck with the build, I like the look of Meng kits.

An eye-catching box although strange not to see a picture. I imagine it will be fiddly. Sign of the times that a kit contains 3D printed parts.
