Hi folks here is yet another offering from my bench, it is Tamiyas 1/35 Merkava MK1. Ihave been researching IDF colours schemes for 3 weeks prior to this build as it seems to be one of the most controversial colour schemes around, with so many people having so many differing opinions. So here is what I see as the colour Israeli sand. I used Revell light olive no 45 for the base and weathered suitably... so as usual folks all comments are most welcome be they good or bad I hope you like my effort.

I really like the Merkava and you have done a great job on this kit Scott a lot better than what I did with the one I built

superb job i love this tank and you have done it justice the weathering is spot on

Superb job scott , the weathering and fading is sublime! First class job mate , and extra points for the bucket! cheers tony

Nice one Scott. It's beautifully put together, as I'd expect from you, but the painting and weathering! To touch on the subject of another thread, that's largely an artistic enterprise and when its nailed like this it makes the model a work of art.

I forgot to mention the bucket! A fine touch methinks :)

Cheers
