I was sure I'd posted this before but a search didn't turn it up; apologies if this is a duplicate. It's the MPM 1/72 Meteor F8 finished as a target tug, for an article in Model Airplane International a few years back. The kit was a struggle, with poor fit in key areas. Pilot is a PJ Productions resin item. All the stripes and dayglo areas were masked and painted.

Great build very detailed paint scheme that you've pulled together very nicely. I like the way you painted the landing strip it gives me the sense of speed (I know that was planned but you really hit it) thanks for sharing.

Wow Mike just when I think you ca'nt set the bar any higher you pop out something awesome like this! The way the streaked lines on the runway capture the take off just kicks it over the top! The crisp lines in your masking is flawless as usual !You continue to inspire my Man keep it coming! Very nicely done Sir!!!

Cracking build and finish Mike, really like the runway, great touch;)

That is just fantastic Mike great building and painting awesome work

Very nice Mike You do not let up.

Particularly like the subtle shading on the panels. To me this type of shading brings a reality that you see on the real thing.

Yep, not seen this one before Mike. Awesome work all round, beautifully finished Meteor and the runway setting is just brilliant. Great build, great setting, no doubt about it.
