Good call but all of these aircraft made their maiden flights in the last century. The Typhoon entered service in 2004 and the Hawk has developed over the years with the latest model being the Mk128/T2.

Thanks for your help by the moment ;)

Anyway....there aren't more modern jets...?

Will be a very limited GB I thought...

Well I'm going to do a Eurofighter since it entered service in 2004 it should count.

Hi polux maybe the title could be changed to Current Jets , meaning anything thats currently in service with the major air arms . The problem with putting a date on it is that most of what we think of as modern ( f15/ f16 / f22 /su27/34 /mig 29/31 etc ) all first flew a long time ago. Even the newest the f22 raptor first flew nearly twenty years ago! (1997) cheers tony

So just to clarify ...

Post 1990?

Date of maiden flight or date of service entry? Coz there's often a considerable difference!
