discussion Moss painting.

Going to be making the pictured plane abandoned with rust dirt and hopefuly moss. I will be using like crayons brushed on to the exterior hopefuly. So my question is how could I create moss without buying a load of material which I can then colour?

Hi welcome to the forum, for the moss maybe brush on pva glue where you want the moss and sprinkle on something like finely ground dried herbs? Hopefully they will be green in colour so you wont have to paint it , and hopefully it should give a crusty moss like effect. Hope this helps cheers tony
