Hi friends!!

Well, this is my little current work. Is more a scene than a diorama :P

I suppose the normal option was to build a mountain place or similar, but I prefer to build a small “piece” of an Italian village, without bombs or ruined buildings.....

I’m searching specially two things on this one. The first is a painting exercise with four figures, and the second one is try to build a place with many colours....just play with the vegetation!! I have always think to recreate a credible vegetation is really difficult

The figures look really good and very well sculpted :) They represent some soldiers of the 10º Mountain Division. I have found some information about their missions, clothes and history (I will publish on the finished diorama thread or during this one O_o). I have added the small Topolino as well ;)

Thanks for looking, comments and ideas are welcome :)

Lee :)

what a very nice and good start you have Polux, i do real like the look of this one, :D

the brick and stone work is top,s ,

I think this is excellent already Polux! Your tree looks really good!

Those Dragon figure kits are always quality.

Thanks guys and gal :)

The tree is not mine, is a commercial one!! Is an item from the HO railway complements....Anyway, I want to repaint and modifie it!

I'm thinking, and there is a mistake!!! A big one :(

The figures are wearing the winter clothes, so, it's not viable the vegetation on flower :(

I can do it with snow, could be nice I thought :)

But the guy in the picture is wearing shorts

Na na! The figure that you see is just a size reference! :)

On the scene there will be only the four on the first photo!

Those figures look nice, personally I like them with a lot of kit.

The diorama base is looking very good Polux, lots of interesting points.

Is the topolio going to be in abandoned state?

Is not my intention!! :)

I have had a new idea today... :D :D :D

I will try a thing this afternoon, just give me two days :D :D :D

Here he goes again.... :)

Dont you live in the mountains Polux? Can be snowing and freezing up the top and bright summer sun in the valley's

It could be a fun diorama to actually include the guy in shorts. all looking at each other as if to say "What!"
