Stayed at 2 Premier Inns recently for a night each.

Take a topper with me to put on the mattress as my hips are older than I am ?

Even with my 2" topper the mattresses are harder than Jersey granite. Accept that as I know they will be just my hard luck. There is an upside as some body gains as it ups the sale of Paracetamol.

Got home and they sent two "questionnaires was it OK" emails.

Told them on each that their mattresses were jolly hard but added that I accepted that as I knew that fact from previous experience but hope they might change their mattresses just for me in future..

Sent email questionnaires back all filled out.

Yesterday got two emails to say that they had refunded my card on both nights stayed. Not far from £200. That is 9 Hasagowa 1/48 Apaches. Turn up for the books what.

So they don't follow Heller's customer care guides. That is truly great customer care.

Most hotel/inn mattresses are on the hard side due to many folks with back problems nowadays. I my self prefer a harder surface, though I do like your outcome o_O must do some complaining next time the Mrs. and I are out and about:D...........Jim

Yes but Jim it is the chicken and the egg syndrome. Which came first the pain or Premier Inn's hard mattresses.

Or buy the Revell one. Half the price and the same plastic in a different box....so 18 Apache ......

You can blame Lenny Henry, Laurie, he reckons you can enjoy a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed o_O

Why would you want to build 9 Apaches?

Great feedback though Laurie, they do deserve support with customer service like that. By the way did you eat as well? :) !!

Nice refund, you tend to see it happen a lots since the likes of Twitter and Facebook, it only takes a bad tweet to go viral and it can cause a lot of damage to a company, so make the customer happy before that happens

Yes I did Richard and not bad either. Unfortunately separate account so nothing back on that.

You are right I would just like to build one Apache. But it looks as though it is going to be one and a half Apaches. :D

Huh just got the flower bill from my youngest son's wedding. £230 over budget there goes the Premier Inn gift.

Out the window goes 9 Hasawaga Apaches or is it 18 Revell Comanches. I am so confused :P
