Hi, I’ve been modelling since I was 8 years old (56 year's ago )started with Airfix models in the bag from Woolworths. I’m know building scale RC Warships, which I make and cast all my own fittings, running gear and hulls. My current build is a fully working 1/96 scale Type 26 Frigate HMS Belfast Which is two years in build and is based on a Scalewarships ltd preproduction hull.

Hi Andrew I’m already friends with Chris AKA boatman and seen his builds.

I will start a new thread for my Type 26 build, however it’s going to be a slow thread as I’m having to spend hours in getting info as the actual Type 26s are in build there self.

I see the forum require you to pay the full membership joining fee to be able to post/start new thread. So as I’m away until mid Sept I’ll not join until after then. I should then be able to start my build thread of the Type 26 (HMS Belfast).

HI Dave be nice to see you on here building your type 26 HMS BELFAST as i told you this is a a very good forum an looking forward to followin your build to see them workin features you got planned on your ship an i only hope im still on here to see it an yes i hope i can get things sorted an after ive built my super hornet im hopein to be back on a ship build as im likein a ozssei ship HMAS ANZAC HOPEFULLY in 1/72 scale but just hope i can get a plan done in that scale
