Ev.

Alright then otherwise,:hungry:

John. .
Love to Dawn

Do you use any other names Evan as I don’t remember an Evan James from MM....we had an Evan Martin that disappeared after offending many of us though?

Si If I was wrong then you'd be posting on the MM website right now and the magazine would still be available at the newsagents next month, No one investigated the reasons why the magazine wasn't selling more than me, there were decisions made that were wrong, completely disregarding what the buying public wanted, I tried to get Steve Zaloga back, I sent hundreds of emails and replied to them all, the answers were all the same, I emailed Martyn and he said he wanted to keep the magazine for the 'Hobbyist' No one wanted to know so I scarified myself to be heard, then the magazine changed to the format I suggested.. taking the best of the website modellers and publishing their works, but all too late. I went over the top and no one followed me because they didn't want to offend, if only others had strength to challenge we'd still have the magazine....

I wasn’t judging Evan, I was just asking if you where the same guy or not.

one in the same, I'll never be sorry for that, in fact I'm sorry I didn't do it earlier.

I won't be replying to judgement on my actions at MM, if you absolutely have to, send me a PM, I'm at scale-models.co.uk to enjoy everyone's company and models, I feel very fortunate to be a member. The less said about MM the better I think.

Gentlemen.!
I don't think any of you were out to cause a disagreement. You are both good mates of mine who I like a lot and fine modellers. Can we leave it at that please .
John .

Of course Dad:tongue-out3:
I had no intention of creating a commotion, I kinda put my foot in it as I genuinely didn’t think it was The same Evan.
Past is past

now now, a bit of a gentlemens discussion can't be wrong eiter. It seems I missed all of that in the past, a pitty :P

Anyway, Evan, welcome here and congrats with your first daughter in the future! Hope all's well with mum and future sis?
Oh and you're son is a gamer ey, well me too (I got your age LOL). Since daddy is a modeller: recommend him the free games War Thunder (air combat and tanks) and World of Warships (WWII ships)...they are quite fun to play :P

Anyway, don't forget to post some photos of your older work here as well ^^

Cheers

Hello Evan and welcome. And yes is great, for a free game.
Yeah, I think it's jolly good fun, especially when you know the possibilities of your plane and aerial tactics. Can be so fun to lure someone up to you and make them stall so you can finish them off :D

I'm not that good, the best weapon I have is loads of luck. Although it is nice when you get a 'rank has no meaning' (? I forget) award. Basically you took an aircraft out with a higher BR.
