Turns out I joined this forum in 2013 - but long long time since I posted.

Trying to get back into this and seriously use my airbrush after some rather disastrous results and then, when I feel a little more proficient, I’ll make a start on my stash of B17’s, Eduard Phantoms, and other 1/48 kits.

However, I do have a fondness for steampunking Star Wars kits - I started with an X-Wing and gave it an ‘interesting’ scheme and then an AT-ST and finally the AT-AT - one day I’ll do some more but after reducing the stash - and figuring out where to actually display them if and when I do finish any.

I may even take pics of the star wars models and post them eventually. Anyway, happy to be back

Welcome back Neil. It would be good to see some of your work. Storage of the models is an issue for many, mine end up in the loft at the moment, I just dont have the space to display them and my good lady just wouldn't want them around the house. Hope you get fully back into the hobby and stick around.

Embarrassingly, I just found an old post of mine from 2015 saying I was about to start on an Eduard Mig-21PF - I’m still 'building' that - one day...
