Sounds really good, well impressed. If possible if you don't mind could you send a picture of finished ship. Each B25 must take you a while?

That is some model boatman well done, one question if you don't mind. How to get your hull red looking so good. I have a spraycan of hull red for mine rather than airbrush because of the size of the hull. I think i would of had nightmares doing your hull. Once again great job tgere👍

AN YES Paulb the B25s took a few wks to build an i nearly lost it with them as the kit manufactuer made them in tiny kits made from glass plastic an they would not glue very well finshed the first one an a wheel just dropped off as bein glass plastic they are shiny an no good surface to glue to but after a build or two i found the best way to build them but yes i was at my wits end an really glad i was able to fininsh them
ATB SIR an thank you for your reply

WELL the hull red is just red car primer in a rattle can bought from a car shop as ive always painted my big R/C ships as built a near 9 feet long scratchbuilt model to sail of the USS NIMTIZ CVN 68 NUACLER AIRCRAFT CARRIER AN that big hull did take some sprayin used up 4 big rattle can of red car primer

Welcome Paul, good luck with your build hope you post some pics up soon 👍

Geoff.
Thanks for the welcome Geoff,my first build for years so its like starting over again buying all new gear etc. Just started my build so trying to be careful. I have seen some amazing builds on this forum so don't want to embarrass myself. Looking forward to learn as much as i can from you all👍

Hi Paul. Welcome aboard.

I know it's a faff, but I've seen several modellers who file off the moulded chains and replace them with real chain obtained from model boat suppliers. Not done it myself, but just a thought.
