Well as I prepare to paint my Tamiya MK1 Spit I saw the Revel Bristol Beaufighter TF. X - 03943 on offer at SMS so I went for it as I love the aircraft. Bought some more paints as well. After discounts etc another £33.

Ah, I've had years of suffering photography equipment detection so I know the feeling

And I've seen another I want to build. It's "only" a 1/72 but a Airfix 1/72 North-American B-25C/D Mitchell (A06015) is on the cards. new tool in 2018 and I've always liked the US bombers as I do the German twin engined planes. Not that I'm accumulating a stash. Oh no, not me

This is how it starts Gary. I'm starting to look into Eastern Front aircraft now for builds. Luckily for me i'm not interested in the Mediterranean, African or Far East conflicts

The B-25 will probably be a rare event for me into those theatres. Although I could paint it any camo I wanted I suppose. Quite tempted by a lot of the Russian aircraft. I like the shapes as they are different and unique in the same way I like the Grumman, Typhoon etc. Different
