I brought this a couple of days ago to hand paint. it may be the perfect thing to try my new airbush technics on

Hey its Eddy!!! Thats pretty cool. I could be tempted, (the misses like Iron Maiden as well :) )

If you want to you can post your efforts in the figure section when you get started on it.

Reminds me of somebody . Cannot think who !

Great idea Steve (exo). Also, may have been mentioned already, get empty plastic water bottles & just practice on these. Pays dividends. After near 3 years I still have a long way to go to master well & every now & then have a practice.

That's an awfully expensive (and nice) model to start practising on! As Laurie has suggested, start with plastic bottles and containers first. That will give you the practice you need on different shaped surfaces and won't cost a bean if it all goes wrong. Using an airbrush is not as simple as just add paint, point and press - although the experts seem to do just that!

Ah a trip down memory lane...i love eddie and the iron maiden posters with the hidden symbol. Fantastic choice of bust ( aces high) yes?
