Going cross eyed with the mountain of PE, so a straight forward kit with NO PE!

FUJIMI 1/200 Yamato bridge and what a magnificent thing it is too

Instructions are in Japanese, thank god for the translation App! One idea i like a lot is as well as the part no, they tell you what the part was, ie part A7 AA platform or A 10 a signal platform. Never seen that before on any kit?? Great idea in a nerdy way!! So next label sprues and read if plans via translation App!

Practice for the 1/200 kit in the mighty stash!

Hope people are interested?

Looks like an interesting project Bob, looking forward to it. Have fun
Thanks Steve

Also have the 1/350 Fujimi bridges for Fuso and Yamashiro. They both had the astonishing pagado bridges, tall is not the word!

Certainly in for this Bob. Should build into a stunning model.
I have only come across instructions which "name" parts in very old Airfix kits. Things like "Attach steering wheel part 7 to steering column part 8. Mind you the whole instruction sheet fits on an A5 sheet 😄

Hi Jim

Hope so!

Evening

Thought it would be a quick build, but the lower hull had a lot of scratches and what looked like seams and not where they should be. So fair bit of time spent sanding etc

The fit of about 90% of the parts is perfect, no need for glue!

More work
