… just how many things you’ve built over the years.

I was digging through my M113 spares box* and gathered up all the track skirts in it, to get them out of the way so I could better see the other bits in there. That’s all of those above, each pair of them meaning one 1:35th scale M113 or variant built — and that’s not even counting the models that I did put the skirts on, of course.

* The fact that I have a spares box with only M113 parts probably says a lot in itself, of course.

That explains the limited kits available at the time :tears-of-joy: :tears-of-joy:

This is an M113:

The kit parts in the photo are the plates just above the wheels, covering the top run of the tracks. (Their purpose is to help the vehicle stay afloat in water, and improve its speed.)

I highly doubt that — most of these are about 15–30 years old, I think, and if I haven’t thrown them away in that time, why would I start doing that now? :)

Oh, absolutely. Hence having a dedicated M113 spares box, an M26/M46/M47/M48/M60 spares box, a Sherman spares box, two wheels-and-tracks spares boxes (I couldn’t fit them all into one anymore), and several others :)
