If I'd widened it any more the cockpit wouldn't have fitted in ColinHell, that's too big to call a gap. Any chance you can stretch the fuselage a touch ?

With using all the extra plastic and filler to fill the gaps in the wings, the primer helps you see Just how good the joint is.I've never primed my builds. If i may ask? What is the reasoning behind it. I can understand for alclad painting but normal painting i don't. Is it the same reason?

Thanks Al. I’m just going with the plan coloursIf it's saying RLM 70 then the other one will be RLM 71. But i would have thought an A8 would have been RLM 74/75
