Lovely build Ian, great work, a quality build for sure. Nice to see a 'traditional' stand too and the name on it really sets it off.

Cheers Si

Brilliant job Ian , not just nostalgia but a great build and facelift too ,cheers tony

A very nice built model of a classic and nice use of a stand.Never built a Meteor but she seems to have gone together well so you have said. Was the re scribe nessary on this kit I e no panel lines or very faint( I have seen a few of these kits on EBay etc but don't know about it.

A very nice camo layout too and subtle weathering I especially like the smoke effect from the 20mm cannons

Worthy of a great build

Robert

Great build Ian, really nice finish and a nice overall look to the model

You know what Ian? Just for a giggle, put this up on another forum saying it's an Airfix ' new tool ' - I bet no-one will question it, that's how good you've made this old kit look.

Top job!

It had raised panel lines ( which I don't like ) and over the top rivets so I just sanded it smooth then re- scribed
