Another great addition to your collection Ian.

I know the Panzer putty worked well, but is it any better than using blue tack? It looks very expensive in comparison so is it worth the extra pennies?

That's an excellent 111 Ian! The winter camo looks great with a realistic worn look.

Hard to believe you are-scribed it yourself - that looks factory!

Just caught up with this one Ian , superb paint job! Looks just right , the amount of paint thats chipped off. should look great on the base , cheers tony

That's an ambitious re-scribing project, but superbly done. A very impressive result, Ian.

do like the winter camo and turned out well with the weathering as well, great job, ;)

That's a really nice build. I like the winter camo scheme. It is really striking.

The stand really sets it off too.

Well done!

D.

Cracking job Ian. The winter camo looks superb ......... and some serious re-scribing. What tool do you use for that. I'd like to have a go at that on my MIG-21 but I'd probably screw it up:confused:

Hi Dave I think it works better than blue tac but like you say it is expensive. There is a cheaper version on the market so you may want to take a look at that one. Forgot its name at the moment but will look it up for you.

Awesome. Lovely work Ian, the winterised scheme has come out tops. A1 work worth every great build award.

The workmanship is excellent, the cammo, while not my cup of tea is really well done and the rest of the aircraft looks great. Well Done I this build

That looks huge already! I have the 1:32 one. Might have to sell it though... :( probably too big for the space that I have. BTW, the winter camo looks absolutely stunning. I am thinking of doing this on Erich Hartmann's Bf 109, with a winter camo with the hairspray technique

John

Oh! I love the winter camos....and this one looks fantastic!!

Great one ;)

Hi Ian

Great finish to a superb build. The Heinkel looks great, and whilst this build might be OOB, what with the rescribe and the multi-layered paint scheme, this was far from straight forward.

Gong for sure

Cheers
