This is my subject for this GB.
It is an Eduard profiPack, but I bought it second hand, and the photo etch and instrument panel decals are missing, also the painting instructions. No doubt I can get the instructions online.

That's a shame Ian on the missing parts. Did you know it was like that when you bought it or did you get a nasty surprise on opening the box?

It was a surprise Andrew. But it will build nicely out of the box, and I’ll just have to paint the instrument panel.

Thats a bugger Ian , the seat belts should be easy enough to source ( if you havent already got some ) or just use the pilot and I’m sure painting the instrument panel wont be a problem. Its a similar story with my entry , an Eduard profipack but missing decals, photo etch , resin and instructions ! The difference is it was clearly marked on the box and priced accordingly( £2 !!!)
Cheers tony

Good luck with your build Ian I’m sure the missing bits and bobs won’t prove to be too much of a hindrance :thumb2:

Geoff.

Ian

I've just checked and have a slightly earlier reboxing of this in the stash. Almost plumped for it rather than the Yak.

So will be interested in how this goes together.

Made a start on this, got all the cockpit built and ready for painting.

Looking very good Ian! At this rate you will have yours done before mine sees any primer!

I assume the is a kit one? I think mine has one too.

Great work.

It seems a very nicely detailed cockpit.

Got the pilot painted and fitted, also fitted some mesh to the intakes and masked the canopy.

Got the wings fitted and found a large gap in the wing root. All filled with plasticard.

Still plenty of work to get it smooth and looking good.
