I picked up a photograph recently of Navy Day at the Navy Yard in Washington DC. October 27, 1945. Ships in the picture are:

DD-509 - USS Converse
DD-570 - USS Charles Ausburne
DD-571 - USS Claxton
DD-572 - USS Dyson
LST-980 - Later named USS Meeker County
