Let me guess... Best part will be the chipping-chopping? ;)
:) :) :)

I will try to build a very battered and spoiled Sherman. And the challenge is the chipping effect over the two camouflage colours.... ;)

And try a realistic dust effect too... Well, this is the intention...

My nephews are looking for their chalk pastels, and now they will have to look harder for their geometry sets too.

hi Polux, oh will look forward to see the how too pics off that and i would like to know what you are going to use for dust as well,

hope it all go,s well

Hi friends!!Thanks for the comments ;)

Well.....here I go, the super "pinkie" tip :)

Some time ago I was on my stationer's looking for some pencils and others, and found this.....

Mmmmm.....have an idea!!!! o_O

Anyway, I think there is a special one for the modelers, but not sure.

It's really easy to use and all the wheels have been painted in less than an hour...... :P

Hope this help!!!! Happy modelling!!!

Polux

That's cheating Polux you have to paint them all by hand :) :) :)

No, no, please, just post the final results. If we know how to do then we should be able to do, but we won't ;)

Excellent work Polux, If that`s what the running gear is going to look like, I can only imagine the rest of the build;)

Hi all :)

Well, I start with the Sherman now. It's a nice kit, with some good details ;)

Anyway I'm quite lost with this SIG  chipping, old, new...? I don't exactly how to paint it

I have found a little plaster farm too, but I don't know if to waste the time on build it (have other projects).....

Uff...I hate this time and myself, when I don't know what to do!!!!! :) :) :)

Cheers

Polux

You know you want to weather it slightly, a bit of chipping, some stains. But not a rusty hulk, this is too nice to be rusty :)

I would go for a battle worn dusty look.

If you can catch that as well as you have done the running gear, it will be a good one.

I agree with Joe, sigh weathring would like good with a bit off chipping hear and there , wait to see what you do ,do with it,
