I’ve still got the booklet that came with my airbrush when I bought it in 1997 and it has a similar table with the nozzles and their suggested uses. Looks like they released a couple more types since then, though.

I must admit that some seem to have the same needle set with just different coloured outers, so they might not actually be that different. I most used the grey one myself. I found manufacturing quality to be variable. The red one I have wouldn’t even close when it was put in the brush, not matter what setting was used on the single/double action control.
