Got a parcel from Johns shop t'other day amoung the contents was one of the aforementioned polishing sticks.

Looking at it I saw that the fine one has grain sizes 2000/10000 (!) I was a bit distressed to see that the one side did not apear to have any thing on it!!!

A quick buff of a fingernail proved other wise!! I now have a very shiny nail (smooth too).

I'm so amazed that you can make an abrasive so fine that you can neither see or feel it I thought it might be worth a quick mention so others buying one for the first time dont get the same shock when they see it for the first time !!!!

I love these, don't forget that they will not work wet, in fact they will be ruined if they are used wet. I have to say that I have found it to be the best polishing stick ever and the big blue sponge is a nice medium to course heavy stock remover. A great set.
