




Right , good idea then. The problem with pva even when wiped it stains the wood and seals it . When I was at work, we used to wipe the glue surplus with cellulose.PVA tends to cause white patches on balsa .... apparently so the black should blend in better when the black wash is applied all over when ready.if there are any gaps, it helps there too.

At 1:35 scale, a typical UK 9" thick wall (225mm) would only about 6.5mm thick, just to give you some perspective. CheersA couple of other images ... just for a sense of scale ....
for a stone wall outside a Cafe ..... too high ..... too low ?????
Too thick maybe .... maybe take it down from 15mm thick to nearer 12mm thick.
keep it in mind some sort of coping would still need to go on the top ....
any opinions welcome ...
