discussion quick question on making a textured cement wall (not cement)

Hi,
Iv got it in my head in like to do a enclosure scene from the jurassic park/world movies. Id like some advice on making the lower retaining wall. Im not sure what I could use. This will be my first diorama. Here are pics on the type of wall. p.s. mine will be a totally different build

Foam insulation board and covered in plaster. Cheap and easy.
Have a look at some of the builds in here and you will be surprised at what you can use!

Agree with Ian, foam board easy to work with , and very effective.
