All finished, what a great plane to make really enjoyed it learned a load as well, dont think I will use Klear to varnish with any more its ok for canopy's and small planes but big ones no.

Thought this was a great value for money kit as well cheaper then my Lancaster and B17 and twice as big. Any how now off to hang it on my ceiling :cheesygrin:

PS There are a few Revell He 177 on ebay at the moment if you're that interested.

Revell do a kit of the giant Blohm and Voss BV222 six engined flying boat if you fancy another big Luftwaffe plane.

Thanks very much guys your very kind I love making these models but still have so much to learn, its great to be encouraged by you all though and its a great place to learn how to improve on our model making.

Funny how after all these years aged 54 I still get a thrill putting up a model air craft on the ceiling :smile1:

Was looking at this template for the markings looks quite handy..

Well there sold out but my wife got herself a Cameo cutting machine for her card making so I traced off the template and she set it up on her machine. Im impressed had no idea it could cut templates of german mottling! Wahoo
