Rubber tracks - How do you get the appropriate "Track Slack"?

Now that I've done a few more tanks, etc with rubber tracks, I tend to use small blocks or wedges, usually made up up from lolly sticks stuck together to give me the height I need, which are then placed between the upper tank soffit plate / underside of the tank body and the track itself.
See pic below...
I then apply CA to the track/wheel in various places to get the track to stay in that position once the block/wedges are removed.

What is your method?

Pretty much the same

Wait til you have a go at build your own individual tracks..... You can get the 'slack' how you want it....... And you can buy a tool to help build up the lengths
