I think these look great, my only final suggestion would be to add some variety to the surfaces, I.e. Lay some really Matt varnish on the uniforms, leaving the faces and any leather satin. Mig makes a really great ultra Matt varnish, which is genuinely Matt! Other than that, you've nailed these in my opinion. Nice one!

Cheers john appreciate the advice, deffo going to buy some of the mig matte varnish you've suggested as the only varnish I have is an old humbrol matte varnish that's been sat in the loft about 20 years so don't dare use that lol
