Hello, this is my second model attempt :)

I just started it..

Hi Minimal and welcome! I hope that you enjoy the forum and If you need any tips and advice along the way, feel free to ask.

You are also more than welcome to post a few pictures of that R620 as you progress. I for one would like to see how they build up.

Looks very clean, I bet you need quite a bit of glue for a beast of this size so not surprised you've run out! Not an obvious subject matter but a nice job indeed!

Looks great so far and yes these big kits consume glue in high quantities, especially the trailers

Sorry friends, but this forum is dead...
Sometimes it can appear that way .... what you have to remember is that the majoroty of the members here make military models (aircraft tanks etc etc) so those subforums are where most people navigate to first.

I'm making a scratch built boat and i've had 1 reply, which is about what i expected as the subforum i posted it on has minimum traffic as it's not really a common hobby anymore. In the same way you've made some lorries and this isn't a common theme for modelers as a whole either.

Added to this is the fact that people have other things to do and if you look at the amount of new replies recently, there seems to have been very few compared to other times of the year.

People sometimes just look and don't post.

I wouldn't say the forums dead ... just certain areas are lacking in interest due to topic.

If you want to get a load of replies then i suggest you have a go at building some military vehicle and post in the relevant section where more people visit due to the nature of their own hobby.

I think your models are really clean looking and well made by the way :)
