Thank you all for following along and the great comments and likes along the way. I have placed them on a simple base. I didn't want wet mud but to show it drying out but still with ruts left over from the wet season.

Thoughts and comments as always are very welcome, and apologies again for my bad photography.

Beautifully rendered Paul, as usual.
Nice and simple and subtle, love it!

Jim.

Hi Scottie
That is superb - love every aspect. The little touches make it special, the broken fence, the ivy climbing up the pole, the wooden box tied to the gun, the vehicle windows. Your best ever.

Incredibubble - really good details in there!
Gerry thank you.

Great details & finishes. Your flora is always top shelf. Outstanding in its' simplicity. PaulE

I would luv to see this build in the flesh. I dont think the photos show this build off to its best:disappointed2:. I luv the fact you have stuck with the shaped base's. It really is an absolute stunner. Great attention to detail from build to weathering. One to be proud of my friend

Hi Paul,

I'm with Stevie here and would love to see this up close and in person too. You have really out done yourself this time. Excellent details, effective base and gardening and the weathering is top notch!!! Utterly fantastic job all around. So now, how are you gonna top this beauty buddy???.......I can't wait............

Prost

Well hope I'm going to be the lucky one and see this at some show , when we get to have them again .
Faultless Paul, love the details that you manage to get in so realistically.

I wasn't 100% happy with my previous base so decided to re do it. I also wanted to try out some snow effects as it is something I have never done before.
The scene I was trying to achieve was frozen ground so no thick sticky mud and snow still laying around, the passing traffic has removed the snow before it froze. I have used model scenics snow not sure I like it the snow flakes are very large, or more likely I haven't used it properly. There will be a couple of figures added which I will be working on shortly.

I think it looks a little better, I would appreciate some feedback as to the snow and overall appearance as not sure it is right.

I'm with yourself and Paul - it's looking out of scale - never done anything like this, so couldn't suggest any reasons for it coming out like that.
