sorry.. Paul....l missed this one.... i feel bad...but..NOW i'm here....
No worries mate. there are always so many fine builds going on here that it is very difficult to keep up with them all. Glad to have you along.

Due to the rabble. I have had to use a trench telescope to see over the crowd Paul.

Have to agree, very nice, again!!!
From where I'm at I need the Hubble telescope to see pass the atmosphere, crowd and noise to get to the details.:tears-of-joy:

Man...you're on a roll, Paul.

Cheers,
Richard

managed a little bit more work on the cab. I have tried to make it look lived in. It is now ready to be buttoned up.

To be honest, this looks like that thing has been exposed to soldiers for a decade without maintenance, rather than a few months to a few years at the most, as the real thing would have been. The floor is probably OK, but I think I would tone down the chips and scratches on the engine cover a bit.

Jakko,
I think you could be right I will have a look tomorrow.

I dunno....these things were practically lived in, packed full of personal gear and weapons, all piled on and around a vehicle with a hastily applied paint job just to get it out the door.....not to mention the harsh weather conditions with the crew climbing in and out constantly....I could visualize some serious wear and tear :thumb2: Rick H.

Looked like the inside of my Scammell Paul, well and truly used.
Love it. Personally I would leave it.

I love the lived in look Scottie and you do it so well, very authentic :thumb2:
I really like the levers too how did you make the nobs?
