discussion sea effect ?

hi guys i am on the home run with my 1/350 myoko heavy cruiser and i was thinking of setting it in artificial sea can anyone advise as to how to do this or point me in the direction

Rons' Vietnam dio could help too as he sort of inovated the silicon water effect.
