I've bought a few items (mainly 1:72 and/or 1:76 scale bits) off Redog UK, both through his online shop and his eBay shop and he has always provided good service.
I recently ordered from his ebay shop two small sets of 1:72 sand bags, for my recent WW1 and MK1 Tank diorama, to edge the trench with bags.
After a few days two small bags arrived, but one was empty, so they had mistakenly sent an empty bag!
I messaged him to advice him, and said I did not need a replacement as the first bag had what I needed, but just thought I would let him know about the mistake.
Today another little bag turned up, with two more sets of the little braille scale sandbags, so he has replaced the missing set and also sent an extra set as well!
Can't really argue with that, thats good service.
I like to recognise good service when I see it, so I'm happy to recommend him and his shop(s).
