If you're interested in the latest Chinese Tech, available to their citizens, the you should look at Naomi Wu - BUT I should warn you she is rather - mmmmm - bizarre in appearance - but she does know what she is talking about, and once you get over the initial shock there is some interesting stuff - including laser cutting & engraving - there are some practises that may be legal in China, but highly dodgy elsewhere ( one involving copying & cutting keys from just video frames was disturbing! ).A link to a desktop Laser engraver presentation: not cheap but a peek to the presentation is for free:money-face:.
Maybe in the future the prices of those devices will become more affordable.
Interesting and could represent another step in the evolution of THE hobby.

It's YouTube, so there's nothing really bad, but discretion may be advised ( especially if you're at work! )
