Looking good Scott. A little bit of grime around that nose wheel in particular might help it to look more life like.

Iam going to do some light weathering on the undercarriage, thanks Joe.

That's a sweet looking aircraft, is it based on a real one with the red bull livery?

Thread owner

Looking good Scott,

but I hope you don't mind me saying it could do with a little touch up on the nose wheel, were the blacks gone onto the white and not quite gone up to the wheel rim.

Thread owner
Thanks gents, yep noticed that, that's is my very shaky hand will fix that today.

Looks great scott , am i right in thinking this is the old ( actually ancient) monogram kit complete with sparse interior and working undercarriage? Cheers tony

This is looking great Scott ( even with the comments so far this is another stunning example from the noble Workshop ( conveyor belt) this may sound odd or not but where do you display all your creations ( do you have a second house??

Regards

Graham, Steve and Robert, thanks for the great comments yes this is the ancient kit with working undercarriage, not at all that pleasant to build, hope that iam making a decent enough job of it so far. Robert a lot of my kits are being displayed in our local model shop, kit stop in Birkenhead.

Thanks again

Scott

The fact it looks so good scott is testament to your skills , i used to have this kit in the 60,s monogram boxing so i know what a task it must have been to get it looking this fantastic! Tony

Thread owner
That means a lot tony thank you, everyone is very supportive and honest which I like, thanks to everyone.

I didn't realise this was such an old kit.

You have done a great job with it. :)

Thread owner
Thanks Ralph not too bad going together but the seam lines were like huge snail trails.

I love it, now the question where did you get the decals?, as i fancy one of these myself

Thread owner
The decals came with the kit, its the red bull version. The completed kit is in the completed section.
