Thanks Fellas!I've made a little more headway. I decided to reposition the nose wheel in concert with the rudder. I hope it remains strong enough to support the 50+grams of weight I had to add to keep it off its tail.

The canopy fit looks real good, The radar operaror top window shoulders into the wing roots and needed just a tiny bit of ca and some fine filing to get right.

Thanks Ian!I got the gear sorted and its sitting proper! The flaps are now in place as well. The canopy masking is next and then some painting.

This is looking superb Trey the engines look fantastic great detail.

Thanks Joe!Cammo is fini,I used a ref pic for the rt side and went with a mix of the instruction and some geuss work for the top and port surface. Its not 100% accurate I'm sure, but it will do for my level of building.

Great work on the camo. It's not an entirely unattractive aeroplane is it?

That's a good looking model Trey and a top job on the camo.

Joe it was a good looking aeroplane, but it had a lot of problems. It certainly had potential but was never going to have the performance of the De Havilland Mosquito, even if the Germans had had the time, will and organisation to sort it out.

Cheers

Steve

I must admit I've never seen one of these before. As Joe says, its not without it's charm. I look forward to seeing the completed plane.

This is a damn fine looking moskito Trey.

I'm really enjoying watching this build, looks like it'll be superb when it's done.

Thanks fellas, yes I agree with Steve it was never going to be the aircraft that the Mossie was. Although it was'nt ugly and by some accounts a pleasure to fly. I still like the lines of the airframe ,its pretty clean and lean looking to me.Decals went down good after a couple of coats of future and sone micro-sol
